Pharmacy as a postgraduate?

I understand the undergraduate pharmacy degree is 5 years.

For a postgrad though, I was actually taking to a friend from Canada, and their setup is, when you have an undergraduate degree already, you can do it in 3 years.

Does that situation exist in Ireland - or outside of Ireland, that anyone knows of?
