    Hi All,
    I would greatly appreciate some advice. Myself and hubby are looking at a site for 60k. Our gross earnings are 59k combined. We have 18k in savings but parents are willing to help out if we need a bit more.
    How much would we be able to borrow for the site/build and how much deposot would we need? also are there any banks better than others for dealing.

    Hi Welcome to the c&p forum

    Can you enlighten us in the approx size or number of rooms you wish to build?

    Personally I would budget €1500/m2

    Ps perhaps try the 'accommodation & property forum' for mortgage related queries.

    Three and a half times combined income is the most a bank will give you in my experience. You also need 10% deposit minimum.
