I've found my photos being used on numerous blogs/ webpages. Is there a one stop company/ lawfirm that chases image copyright infringement for a % of penalty or should i just licence them to getty / other who would chase it up (I'm too busy to put time into this).

Depending on the usage, who it is etc.. .sometimes it is not worth the hassle of trying to chase it up unfortunately. If its a commerical website though... go for it though.
