Restricted from liking pages on Facebook?

I received a notification from Facebook to say I have been restricted from "liking/subscribing to a page/profile" until June 1st.
I'm absolutely baffled.

I'm on Facebook quite a bit but I don't post that much, I don't do these "Like/Share" competition pages, so I don't see what the cause of me being restricted is.
Does anyone know what causes this restriction?

Possibly you have liked too many pages recently and been flagged as a possible bot

Oh I did like quite a few the other night but I never thought there was anything wrong with that!
Thanks for that, biko, at least it explains it and it's nothing to worry about I guess!
