    Is it seriously this bad at the moment? Got told it'll be over 3 weeks to even get the cancellation? I'm going on hols in 3 weeks so I was told to resign from being on a cancellation as i will loose my fee if i can't come. i'm thinking of complaining about the way this is managed but doubt anyone cares anyway.

    3 weeks is nothing I had over 6 month wait years back.

    3 weeks if lucky, times have changed in a lot of ways, that's true
