Horizon box breaking our hearts

    We have horizon virgin since December 2015, breaking our hearts. Freezing all the time, errors coming up when you change channel and it goes black, at the stage where I am going to smash it out on the front street. Also it stops recording midway. Called them loads of time, keep being told that it's a known software issue, and yet virgin charge us 120 euro each month. Never had one problem with the old upc digital box.
    At end of the road at this stage, we need the high speed internet and phone which we can't fault, but the tv service is the pits. Plan to start advertising this software design glitch so all new customers are aware of it before they sign up to it ... They can't get away with this ....

    If its freezing all the time its the box itself. PM UPC:Reps and request a replacement box. Id advise a Mod move this to the Talk to: Virgin Media forum.
