crown race removal advice.

    Recently changed my forks on my mtb and I'm having difficulty in removing the crown race from my old fork to pit on my new one. Has anyone any tips to help.

    Or you could do it yourself.
    There's guide on YT, cannot post the link because i'm the new user.
    Just search for the RJ The Bike Guy, lots of useful stuff on his channel.
