iPhone 4S - Safari - Bookmarks/Favourites problem

    For some reason I can't quite fathom, if I try to save a website as a Bookmark, it keeps ending up within the Favourites folder that is listed in Bookmarks.

    How can I make a website link appear in my list of Bookmarks?

    Tap on the Share Sheet menu.
    Tap Add Bookmark.
    Tap Location and select where you want to save it.

    For some reason, the Location had become set to Favourites. No idea how, and I hadn't noticed it.
