Storage Heater Help

    Hi all,

I hope someone can give me some advice on how to use this storage heater.

The storage heater has one dial and an on/off switch on the side.

Is the dial the 'input'? And I'm assuming that I cant control the output...
or is the on/off switch the output control?
The on/off switch is throwing me a bit.

It also has the usual two plugs on the wall for instant & night storage.

I also have a question about the water heater, just checking if my thoughts are correct.
    Am I right in saying:
The timer only kicks on between 12 & 9am to match with the night rate (as long as I make sure that I've it set correctly)

The Boost dial is for heating the water during the day so I can set it for 30 minutes if I want (I'm assuming the dial means minutes)

So having it set to timer will heat the water every night & I can use boost besides if I need more hot water during the day.

Do most people have it heating overnight every night?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
