    Hi all,

My wife is looking to get a new phone and has a few in mind but would like to hear some thoughts on which would be the best to spend money on. She currently has a Moto G 2nd Gen which has the done the job so far but it's time for a change.

She has it narrowed down to the OnePlus Two, the Moto X Play and the LG Nexus 5x. She was also looking at the Sony M5 mainly because of the camera (she takes a lot of photos so it is important that the camera is decent!), but it's more expensive than the above and I'm not sure if it stacks up to them either.

She'd be leaning towards the OnePlus Two, but after reading the last few pages of the owners thread it seems like some are having issues with quicker battery drain since updating to Marshmallow, which she has been experiencing on and off on the Moto G since updating too. Would it be a widespread problem? Or something that a factory reset would sort out easily enough?

    Any feedback would be appreciated!

    Thanks

Moto X play has very good battery and you could squeeze two days moderate use from a single charge.

Depends what her requirements are really but phone is fine for browsing, social media, streaming video etc. Would probably struggle with some heavy duty games/apps but run of the mill stuff runs without issue for myself.

Expandable memory is a + too.

Thanks sibersha. How do you find the camera on it? That's one important factor for her.

Generally very good, some slight focusing issues with close ups but downloaded a new camera app and that sorted the problem.
