    Folks,

I've a 2TB DRX895-W sky box (have it about 2/3 years approx. I've noticed lately that the box seems "slower" and a little less repsonsive. I get random messages about not being able to pause live tv at times but when I check the connection settings everything is perfect. Then it starts working again.

Has anyone any experience of the same happening?

Check how much space you have left on the hard drive, if full remove recordings you no longer need. Also unplug the box for a few minutes often helps clear the main cpu...

Thanks for the reply. I've about 40-45% space left on the HDD and have done system rebuild etc. I do want to do a full system reset but I've a few things I want to watch on the planner first

Yeah I keep checking for the new r013 update but it seems to be taking longer than usual to get to me. Plus you can't force download it yet which is a bit of a pain

They had to patch the software mid rollout so the rollout started allover again....Plus they are doing it slower than the last ones....

Yeah, I see there have been 2 big fix updates since the main R13 update, with the latest one been released yesterday. It can take up to 8 weeks to get them and they are not on the DR stream yet.

I noticed that yesterday as well. I usually go on and check the status of updates. Its unusual for 2 big fixes for an update so i'm assuming they ran into fairly big issues with R13
