What part of South Dublin. I would highly recommend Belpark - http://www.belparktri.ie

A great bunch of people and cater for all levels. Very well run and have seen amazing progress from members

Anywhere between Dundrum and Tallaght. I'll give them a look. Thanks!

Pretty much the remit of pulse sessions. Swims are Tuesday (tallaght) Thursday morning (tallaght) and evening (belvo pool) and Friday (tallaght). Bike goes from tallaght and a track session in tallaght. Long run from Phoenix park in Sunday's. Lots of info on website - any questions just ask, lots of members and ex members on here

Any tri clubs around the Dun Laoghaire area?

Most tri clubs wouldn't have a specific 'area' as they don't tend to have clubhouses etc and would train in different parts of Dublin. Piranha, for example (AFAIK) swim in both UCD and Clontarf, Pulse, city centre and Tallaght.
Tri Ireland website has a 'find a club' section, the best bet is to check out each different clubs training times and locations and see what suits you best.

If you're looking for a club near Dun Laoghaire, Wicklow Tri might suit you better.

    There is also T3
