Hi I am currently developing a website that will communicate with the database in the back end using PHP/MySQL. I need to design a software arch diagram but I'm not sure where to start. What exact diagrams would I need? Thanks in advance.

Mapping out the application conceptually is usually easiest and a good starting point. You might also map out the topology so that you can see what servers are involved, firewalls etc.
