    im not a member

    I don't see why you'd need to be to use the contract - I normally strike 'archotect' and write 'contract administrator'

    I used to use the RIAI form years ago too while working in a Consulting Engineering firm. That was simply "what was used" when I joined so not sure of the ins and outs with regards to legalities etc
