As the titles says, can I use Adwords without a VAT number? I have created a website in my spare time. I have Adsense Ads on it but I dont make any money from that. Of course you can. You don't have to be registered for VAT to advertise. Just carry on filling out the form and leave the VAT number blank. If it won't allow you proceed, then enter your PRSI number. Google assumes most people using adwords are companies and they give them VAT invoices.
