    Hi All,

    I am looking to start selling home made dairy free gluten ice cream at festivals and markets around the country. My boyfriend is going to build me a large cart for this so this is going to save me quite alot on start up. I know there is numerous things I have to source permits, liability etc. Has anyone any advise for me. Where do I go to find all the information needed so I have all above board? All advise would be much appreciated.
