What is this meant to replace? Is it margarine?
I usually use butter in baking but they have 2 blocks plus a baking tin for 1.98 so seems a good way to get an albeit low quality baking tin that I only want for roasting pieces of meat in. :)

Yeah it's margarine, I usually use butter but I bought the Dairgold for the same special offer a couple of years ago and I've repurchased it since, really liked it for pastry, lemon drizzle cake etc.
I still use the tin but the coating is breaking down at this stage so I've been lining it with tinfoil for a while now! It's a very handy size.
