Pic in the attachment, basically I'm wondering when turning right from that box road and there is one car in the box already I assume the correct thing will be to wait at the line until the box is clear even though I'll be blocking traffic going straight or left?
Other than that I suppose from all other directions once there is solid green and regardless whether filter light is on or not I just go to the centre of the road as opposed to waiting at the line.

    Anyone any views on it?

Usually those boxes mark the location of the induction loop that triggers the right filter arrow.
Some junctions won't ever give the right filter arrow unless a vehicle enters and paused in that box.

Why do you think you should wait?

If the box wasn't there would you wait?

I'm not sure whether I could cross the line if there is another car already in that box waiting to turn right.
