Hi Folks, quick question i notice my boiler wont heat the immersion tank if i turn my 2 thermostats to zero (Summer setting) During winter it heats the rads and the immersion tank fine. Is there a way to make this boiler heat the immersion tank only without having the radiators heating up. Its a bit mad on a hot summers day to have the central heating rads even coming on for two hours even thou i guess its not costing anything really as its heating the imersion for me. If it has any bearing I have two water tanks in the attic.

Maybe it's wired wrong or maybe your motorised valves are stuck in the open position.

Yes if it's wired and piped correctly then it should heat water only

figures it out mate, put stats to zero then flick vokera temp gauge to max ( winter setting) does the trick seems to bypass the problem just got half tank warm water from 3 15 min segments
