Strange one when car starting from cold I'm struggling to get Gear. After driving it for 10/15 minutes it's no problem then when car warms up. Gears are easy to operate ! Clutch is also bit soft when car is completely cold

Start by changing your gearbox oil

Is it any gear when cold or only 1st/reverse?

Sorry civic 1.4. All gears once car warms up its as normal ! Going in for full service in 2 weeks ! Will they replace fluids as part of that?

You will have to ask them purposely to change gearbox oil. They won't do it without you asking for it.

Whan was the gearbox oil last changed?
    Maybe it's a clutch issue?
