Land Valuation 1974

I'm looking to get a land valuation per acre from 1974. Came across a document from ipac.ie that gives a value per acre slightly less than I was hoping for. It was giving a value of £594 per acre, but I'm assuming it was an average for all of Ireland, and it could vary greatly between counties etc.

Does anyone know when I could get such a value?

i assume you are looking for a 1974 value as that was the year CGT was introduced in Ireland and assets were taken as being acquired in 1974 for base cost purposes. If that is the position approach a respected valuer who will give you a valuation report of the land based on historical records, this is often sufficient for Revenue purposes. i have seen such valuations ranging from £500-£1,000 per acre and have seen same not being questioned by revenue.
