    Hi Guys

we have a couple of grandstream phones set up in the office with caller line display, so if someone rings a DDI we can answer in the name of that company who the DDI is been assigned to. At the moment if someone rings and the person they are looking for is not available we take a message on a piece of paper and then email it on to them (assuming we don't get distracted and forget).

Is there any software that we can get, so that if someone rings it will pop up on the laptop/desktop screen who the call is for, we can answer the phone with a hands free and at the same time type up the message and email it to the relevant person.

I assume it would be the same software that is used in call centres but at a much smaller scale. Our emails provider is gmail and all our contacts are also in Google contacts.

Thanks in advance for any help.
