What's the best way of contacting the TV Licence inspectors about not having a TV?

I have a monitor with no TV tuner capability, and I don't have a sky box or anything similar. Daft as I am, it was spotted through a window. I got a 5 day notice, and it says to contact them if I don't need to have a licence but doesn't specify how. I sent an email to Limerick.TV@anpost.ie and I'll call them in the morning, just asking if it's better I go somewhere in person right away?

Yes, I shouldn't have had a monitor visible from the outside, but it's happened now. I DON'T have any equipment that can receive Saorview/Sky etc, just an internet connection from my phone.

Please don't tell me they're going to make me pay €160 regardless.
