reoccuring problem with GBLALA

Ive had 2 packages in the last few months returned to taydaelectronics after a long wait with no communication from GBLALA

and now a 3rd order is stuck there since April 11th, with an April 19th scan at the same location.

Ive had no problems in the past ordering from this store and its not their fault, if its a customs issue why isnt there any indication of that? the orders are always 20euro or less including postage and Im in Ireland so why is the UK giving me hassle? theres an invoice in the packages too

who do I contact to sort this out? I dont want to have to pay for a more expensive shipping option

Have you started including your Eircode? There have been suggestions that this might be confusing the lads at Royal Mail. Its not customs at that doesnt happen until Dublin Airport.
