Hiya,

My father was the main person looking after the affairs of the land so apologies in advance if I overlook something small. We are selling off some land to the forestry that was in a couple of portfolios belonging to my father and grandmother. We have always had entitlements based on our overall acreage. What would be the situation with them going forwards? I only ask because an agricultural engineer seems to suggest that the entitlements were not going as part of the sale, even though that does not sound right to me. If anyone can give any advice, I would be delighted to hear it as I don't want to jeopardise any sale over this issue. Thanks.
