    Folks...

VERY first time taking videos with 6" Newtonian reflector... I know these are awful, but I have to start somewhere :):)

Scope is very very basic, no tracking (well, my hand and a few knobs). Camera was a Zwo ASI 120MC. Recorded with SharpCap

Seeing conditions were OK, except for the full moon :)

At the very least, I'm really struggling with Focus and Collimation. Practice makes perfect here I think.

    I have two questions -
    1. Is there anything else obvious besides collimation and focus that I can do to improve the video recording. There seems to be dozens of settings in SharpCap :(
    2. What is the best Stacker to use to try and make a still image from these video shots? Will that stacker software be able to track the planet as a traverses the lens? (OK, that was two questions)

    Cheers
