Is country money still applicable in the construction industry as the last mention I can find in revenue website is 2008 but it doesn't mention that it is done away with.

Country money has nothing to do with Revenue; it's payable by virtue of registered employment agreements in the construction industry.

I presume your question is whether it is payable tax free, and whatever guidance is there on the website is the current position. Look up SP-IT/2/07
