Time quickset headset

I've a Time road bike that I got second hand a few years ago. Been lovely thus far but just today noticed a little play in the headset. On a normal bike I'd loosen up the stem bolts and play around with the top cap bolt to try and tighten it up.
Unfortunately the time comes with a 'Time Quickset' headset which uses a weird bung instead of a normal top cap so there's no bolt to tighten. Googling around I've so far not been able to find any sort of manual but a few form posts dealing with the problem have mentioned some sort of two-pin tool that's supposed to come with the bike which I've never heard of before today. So all in all I'm pretty stumped. Anyone had any experience with this type of headset and how to adjust it?

Nevermind, I figured it out. Turns out you just have to get yourself two wee yokes, slot them into the thingy and twist the dodad until all your problems are resolved.

    Hi
Have had a couple of Time bikes. Get a small drill bit the size of the hole on
the headset and use the rounded end will work perfect. Just tighten each one a
small amount at a time. The quickset great headset set system never gave me
    a ounce of trouble.
