AV connections in wall?

Going to be doing some remodelling & as part of that there's a space going in for the kids to have a TV, Game console & apple TV.

I want to have a screen on a cantilever arm & preferably have a panel behind that all the connections will go to on short leads as the individual content servers will not be immediately below the TV & will be tucked away tidily elsewhere.

Has anyone ever put in a panel (actually it'll be two as the devices will have to plug into the one that feeds the TV one) and where do you get stuff, how difficult is it to with etc? I want (the wife wants) no wires on show.

    It's incredibly easy actually.
TV hdmi connected to hdmi wall plate with a single hdmi cable stretching to a hdmi switch for multiple sources.
Ideally a hdmi to hdmi network adapter leading to a hdmi network reciver and hdmi switch.
If you want links let me know

If you have links I'd appreciate it!

Hdmi wall plate LINK then a cable to a switch LINK

Hdmi to network adapter, one at each end LINK

These can be hidden behind the wall if needs be but you might want to make sure you can reach them if something stops working.
And conduit everything! Nothing worse that a cable snapping behind a wall and unable to "pull it though"
