    Can anyone use their skills to find out the plate on this truck? Nearly killed a number of people recently. PM me thanks so much.

    It looks like this is a screen capture from a video taken on someone's phone of a video playing on the lenovo device?

    I'd say it would be a very difficult job to get a plate number from the original video file saved on the lenovo.

    To get it from the 250 odd out-of-focus pixels that comprise the plate in your posted image is madness.

    Seriously though - if you were to post up the original actual uncompressed video - there must be some app out there that you can combine several frames of a video to make a more clear picture - like they do with astronomy - or in this university project: http://www.eecs.harvard.edu/~kalyans/research/snapshots/supplementary/results.html
