unlocking code for Samsung s4

Hi I need a unlock code for my s4 phone is over a year old

Phone is over 1 year old and when i called customer service was told i had only paid 60 euros over the last 6 months and it couldbe unlocked till it was 120,  i  pay 20 euro a month plus occasional topup on pay as you go.  can i get a unlock code for this

Can you explain why you only use the last 6 months as your pm didn't explain anything

Hi there,

In order to meet the criteria, you would need to have paid a minimum of 6 bills or a total of €200 in bills.
