......anyone know of any private lenders out there?...im trying to get finance to buy a house €90K Co. Clare...I was in hospital for 1 year during boom and lost my house (bad ICR now) - banks controlled by central bank obviously don't want to know - but there are private lenders out there - who are not all (inner city sharks) - obviously higher interest rates etc. - anyone know any lenders let me know please - I have a permanent well paid government job since 2007 (thank god!)...any contacts let me know, thanks

This isn't related to boards.ie. Try asking in an appropriate forum instead, such as the personal finance forum:

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=544

but don't be surprised if this isn't necessarily well received, given what you're asking.

being new to boards I didn't know how to set up a post - very user unfriendly one finds! - but thanks for redirection/until I find out how to set up a post

so why would this not be well received? - or is this just your personal opinion (of which I have zero interest in)
