Neighbour building 2 metre high wall

As the title suggests the house behind mine is building a 2 metre high wall that is going to back the view from the down stairs of my house.

I've checked the planning that was approved and there is no mention of a 2 metre high wall in the garden.

What options are available to me?
No tenants in the house as work being done so can only talk to builders who don't care

can you show us a picture?
    Is it to the rear?

2m height is the exempted limit to the rear boundary wall, they don't need planning for it, but if they are replacing a boundary wall, or building on the boundary line, they need permission from both sides of ownership.

    all sorted.

The new neighbour was in the house on Sat, called int to say hello and ask about the wall.
Builders who are doing the wall had told me it was going to be about 3 mtrs high, but it's actually 1.8 so all good.
    Thanks

    am i missing something?
The builders said 3m wall, so you started a thread about a 2m wall, and since the owner is only building 20cm less than this thread stated all is rosie/?

I think the 3m in the post is a typo and they meant to say 2m.
