    As the title says, any good tips for people selling up?

    I'm putting the house on the market next month, estate agent taking pics next week.
    I have got a storage facility for few months ( not too bad price) so am going to start boxing stuff up.
    No where to go, but I don't mind, I'll just rent when I have to.

    So, any tips for getting the best price etc..

    Declutter & depersonalise the house without making it look unlived in.
    Make sure it's clean & tidy for every viewing. Clean the windows. Make sure it's aired before viewings. If you have a driveway leave it empty during viewings.
    Vet the photos & description before the EA puts it up on myhome.
