    Hi there

Trying to set up a standing order online, has to be fortnightly but the only options for a start date are with monthly or annual options.
I need to specify a start date as it has to coincide with paydate. Also, there is no indication anywhere when it will start from as far as I can tell unless you pick monthly or annually? Makes no sense.

    Hi mmooney1983,

    Thanks for getting in touch.

When you set up a weekly or fortnightly standing order on Banking 365 Online, you will be prompted to enter the start date after you have received your activation code and activated the standing order.

Your payment will then be debited from your account weekly / fortnightly from the start date you enter.

We hope this helps and if there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know.

    Thanks,

    Sharon
