    Hi,
    I am looking to buy a budget tablet (<200e).
    I can't seem to find any good one except Lenovo yoga 3.
    I am looking for 9-10 inch display and at least 1.5 GB RAM.
    I need to for reading and Internet browsing.
    I don't play games or watch movies on it. and camera doesn't matter.

    Any recommendations please?
