    Note that Van Gerwen and Lewis are playing twice this week.
    If you are selecting either of them for any of the three bonus categories please state which of their matches you are picking or you won't get the points.

    The point system is 3 points for a correct scoreline, 1 point for a correct prediction, and 1 point for each of the other categories. You get three points if you predict a draw correctly.

    So here is the template for what you have to submit:
