since having the bathroom remodeled and shower moved to another wall i now get what looks like water starvation for maybe 10 secs then full power, when low flow high pitched scream from pump and decreases when major flow returns.
since that happens quite often i shut off power and water and checked feed filter yes debris inside cleaned out and seemed to be ok .this morning same thing happened. if i left filter and bung out should i get normal flow of water coming out from feed as trying to find out if feed or pump issue, black deposits around armature of pump. cheers.

Sounds like starvation of water could either be blocked shower hose/head or lime buildup in element.
Take shower head off run shower on cold for 1 minute refit hose then try again see if any different

Agree with above but the fact that the shower has been moved may be causing the problem too. If all the above fails there could be a blockage in the pipe from the attic tank to the shower. There could be a high point in the point in the attic causing the problem.

    What model triton t90 is it? T90si? T90xr? T90z?

its a t90xr and lucky we dont suffer from lime issues in dublin.
in removing the inline filter is it suppose to gush out water?

When you remove the filter it actually stops the water flowing through the shower. If you want to get water flowing out of the filter put a screwdriver gently inside. Obviously the power has to be off for this.
If you loosen the bleed valve and water flows without spluttering then there's no air

what i meant was power was off first shut off water feed from tank removed plug and filter and switched on water feed but not heard flow of water hitting shower floor,i thought water should flow out freely, yes when put back together i bled system by bleed valve.
this morning i removed shower head and turned to cold and powered on system sounded ok.normal showering afterwards.

There is a shut off valve built into the filter housing. It s design is that when you remove the filter the water doesn't flow out so you can clean or check filter without turning off water

that would explain why no gush of water coming out then thanks.
