So I got a plumber to install a boiler and buffer tank for me this week. It has a laddomat, 30kw boiler and 1000L buffer tank. The plumber said just blast away and put the pump that goes to the house on a timeclock or switch.

Other friends have similar setups but have thermostats and more control systems in place with identical boilers. At the very least, I would assume there should be a pipe stat somewhere to shut off pump to house when water temp drops off or I will just pump cold water around the house? Should there be 2 stats on the tank turning on and off the boiler aswell? Friends have a setting that forces pump into house on if water temp hits 80 degrees.

    Thanks
