I'm looking to get my old MBK back out on the road and need a new set of tyres.

The current measurements are for french tyres (obviously) and seem to bear little reality to what's available today.

It has 22-622 as well as 700 x 22C written on the tyres. Can anyone please tell me what size tyre this equates to in today's standards?
