Suitcase/Duffle Size recommendation

My cheap transatlantic suitcases died a death in the last couple of trips. So I'm looking to replace them with a fancier colourful split duffle bag on wheels.
I've my heart set on a Dakine one, but I can't pick whether to go for 65L or 100L. Would've been easy if they offered 80L

I actually don't know what size my suitcases were, as that would've been a handy guide. I usually use them for going for 2-3 week holidays and they'd normally come to 15kg going somewhere warm or 18kg when going somewhere less predictable or where I need outdoorwear/boots. I also usually visit family/friends and end up bringing some presents with me, as well as buy a few items for myself before heading home.

I don't wanna end up with a bag that's too big and half empty but I also don't wanna be bursting the seams on the smaller one... The bags are online so I can't tell their size by looking :(

Anyone have suggestion on the size they use for similar holidays?

To update, I've found one of the old suitcases and measured its internal capacity. Seems it was 60L expandable to 70, so that makes the choice straightforward I think.

What I find curious though is when I looked up recommended luggage sizes this is what was suggested on Amazon:

Maybe it's just me, but >70L for 1-2 weeks just seems unnecessary unless you're going to Lapland and need a couple of pairs of your favourite snow boots in different colours. I wouldn't have thought I travelled light, but I guess there's room for extra shoes etc... :) Last time I used the 70L/22kg I was bringing back couple of litres of honey and a baby chair in my suitcase, I kid you not!

Waiting delivery today on Dakine 65L split roller duffle, will provide feedback on the case once I've travelled in this monologue thread. :D
