Cancelled Emobile phones. Wife got money back. I didn't

    Hi. We both cancelled our Emobile phone service because we moved to an alternative provider. My wife and I got separate final bills, showing credit balances. My wife received the money back via an automatic credit to her account, which was not prompted by either of us. I never received mine. We both were signed up to direct debit while we were with Emobile. Should I have gotten my money or should I ring up and tell your helpdesk ? Thanks

    I rang them and had a very fast and efficient service, thanks. If I get the money in the next few days, I'll be very happy.

    Hi. Since I spoke to you last, I received a refund for my Emobile account, but nothing as yet for my Eir landline account.
    I rang your customer care, and the lady said that a cheque would be issued to me for the credit amount on the Eir landline account.
    Nothing has arrived yet. Is she correct ? Can this be checked out for me ?

    Hi Stacey. Just to let you know that I was away from Boards for a while. Since I last spoke to you, I have received a cheque in the post for the remaining balance on my landline, so thank you, and this matter is closed, and I am happy that it has been dealt with satisfactorily
