HELP! hope someone can help me.
I am italian and living here in Ireland for years. My divorce was issued in the UK and the italian embassy is now asking me to get this Certificate referring to art. 39 concerning matrimonial matters.
I asked the UK court where the divorce was issued and they said I have to fill in the cert form and send it to them to be signed off.
I have some questions around the form, has anyone ever filled one in and maybe can help me??
