Mapping for land transfer

Might not be the correct place for this but ive a small query.

A map is to be drawn up to transfer a site from a larger holding. The site in question sits across a townland boundary and even though its an undivided field, the property is registered as 2 plots with landregistry but is all in one folio - one plot each side of the townland boundary.
Question - Can I map this as one plot on OSI map or do I need to do 2 maps, showing the portion of each plot being transferred?
    Thanks

If the property being transferred is within the one Folio number in the Land Registry then only one map is needed to show what is being transferred. The Land Registry will then open a new Folio for the area sold.
