Can anyone recommend a car radio that has hands free calls, an aux input (or bluetooth media playback) and I can connect to my 06 ford focus steering wheel stalk?

A radio from a higher spec focus might do the trick.
Might be wrong but does your radio already have the Bluetooth buttons on it but without the functionality, or was that later ones?

This is the radio I have, there's a phone button on the bottom right but all that currently does is mute the radio

Far as in know, there is a Bluetooth module that can be fitted behind the glovebox and a microphone that adds the functionality to your headunit.

Blackchurch motors would be worth a call.
