    When are they bringing in points for this offence?and hopefully crush the car for good measure.
    Winds me up so it does.Two wheels maybe if you're stuck,but plonk the thing slap bang across the path forcing people to use the road to get by!
    I'd quite happily volunteer to crush the things personally with a 12 pound sledge.

    My local CC have started on the spot fines for this, very satisfying recently to see the 5 builders up the road get this. No reason for it other than laziness
