Here is what I reckon needs to be done is.

Plane a bit off the hinge side of the door to align door.
Refit the hinges to door.
Fit other half of hinges to the frame.
Hang the door and cut out holes for lock and handle tongues.

Can anyone recommend anyone to do the job.
