Bladder spasms/incontinence

I am a 35 year old female experiencing frequent bladder spasms, urge and night time incontinence. I am taking Lyrinel XL 20mg. Have tried bladder friendly diet, seen a chiropractor and acupuncturist. I have been tested for MS, luckily it has been ruled out. Urologist is baffled by the aggressive nature of the symptoms and has no name on what the problem may be. I am waiting to get botox injections to the bladder but in the mean time am housebound. I also take Lexapro 20mg, Molipaxin 100mg and Priadel 400mg for depression. Anxiety is through the roof and mood very low. Looking to hear from anyone with similar experience or knowledge/advice on the matter. I just returned to work last June after 2 years off with depression.. This began in August and has been getting worse as time goes on. Thanks for reading.

I developed unstable bladder after a back problem. However I was caught short a number of times and had to start with adult diapers.
Over the years i think the fear and stress had added to the pressure and now I am house bound too, unless i use the diaper.
I think there is a certain psychological component, the fear of wetting adds to the stress which in turn makes it more likely to have an accident.
I would suggest not letting your self become housebound. try incontinence diapers and try to manage while living as much as possible as you always have.
