Snapchat use by Irish Brands for Stories

Are there are any Irish-based brands using Snapchat for marketing of products and services or creating Stories around events? AFAIK the geo-filter template capability is not available in the Irish locale? Correct? So usage is restricted a bit for branding.... Do they just skip it?
