Tyre noise?

    I bought a 2012 passat highline with 24k on the clock car is perfect apart from the tyre noise is really loud ,, there is bridgestone turanza t001 anyone else know of this ??or any opinions ?

    What pressure have you the tyres inflated to? Any play in the steering wheel at high speed?

    What car did you drive before?
    Did you drive it in the same place.

    F.e. if you've driving abroad before (f.e. on the Continent), and this is your first car in Ireland, then you should quickly realise that noise is not due to tyres or car, but due to type of road surface used in Ireland, which is way louder than surfaces used on the Continent.
